The shop

Sheer Delight was opened in Godalming's Church Street by proprietor Julie Drummond in 2002.

 

Her vision was to create a haven for discerning women — away from the hustle and bustle of London — where a calm atmosphere and excellent service would attract customers from all over the South of England.

 

The shop is discreetly located, suggesting a private ambience that helps to un-nerve the nervous shopper.

 

We stock only the very best lingerie and hosiery from around the world, and never aim to compete with High Street names and big stores. Many of our customers are loyal to one particular brand, and may never have found it stocked in the UK before, or outside of London.

 

We are delighted to serve our lady customers in person — or their husbands and partners — who rely on us to help them select and gift-wrap a perfect present. We pride ourselves on building a profile of all our regular customers, ensuring disappointment is minimised.

 

Our service includes a professional fitting service. We also offer a selection of wire-free bras including maternity, nursing, post operative and mastectomy. Along with a selection of lingerie for a special occasion or outfit, or for brides.

 

We offer gift vouchers for exchange in the shop.
